FADD抗體

【背景資料】：Fas-associating death domain containing protein (FADD), also known as mediator of receptor induced toxicity (MORT1), is a 23 kDa cytosolic protein with an apparent molecular weight of 28 kDa on SDS-PAGE. The protein is involved in both Fas and TNF-R induced cell death pathway. FADD specifically binds to Fas to initiate the apoptotic signalling cascade. Overexpression of FADD induces apoptosis.

【應(yīng)用類型】：Western blot analysis (0.5-4 μg/ml)and can also be used in immunoprecipitation. However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects an ~28 kDa band, corresponding to the expected molecular mass of FADD on immunoblots.

【保存建議】：提供的FADD抗體產(chǎn)品為100 μg 無色溶液，其濃度為0.2 mg/ml，溶解于包含有30%甘油, 0.5% BSA, 0.01%硫柳汞的PBS (pH 7.2)緩沖液中。請將該FADD抗體產(chǎn)品置于-20 ℃冷凍保存，建議分裝使用以避免反復(fù)凍融。
